I have a real soft spot for those 1970's How To Craft Books. How come they don't make covers on books that cool today? I mean I'd buy just about anything that had the title PUFF n- STuff Quilt. If you ever find any craft creation books with quilty applique jackets or bedazzled belts- macrame OWLS or enamel 70's jewels please send them my way. These books are the fuel I need to further my trade. I am instantly happy at the sight of them. I can't wait for the Echo Park grand opening of GOLDMINE Garage next month. Miss Cynthia Merino will not only be stocking all the great macrame handbooks- but magical plants and enameled pots. For those who collect interesting dishes (sunsets, owls, mod daisies...etc...) tapestry chairs and taxidermy artifacts- your dreams have been answered. This is the place where "one of a kind" pieces can trick out your dull home.
