Another Bastille Day at TAIX family restaurant...
You wouldn't believe how great the staff looked last night. All the ladies were dressed in amazing feather hairpieces and layered skirts- The men decked out in fancy berets and short ties. Every ceiling was filled with red white and blue balloons. We had the best table in the house, with the accordian player close by. It seemed every time something cinematic was said he would strike up a tune
the best French waiter in town- Bernard- he's been with TAIX for over 40 years

Danny dropped by the East side- to celebrate Bastille day the right way. (Whevever I look at him I imagine him hanging out with his friend George Harrison and talking guitars and such...then I want to cry-)
Danny was making friends with the ladies- there were so many darling choices all done up for dinner
Another night of getting my "bloat" on. Today I am hurting.
I was supposed to go to Taix or Stella but I was so tired when I got home at 8- lame I know but had whooped it up too much the night before-I just passed out. Looks like it was fun...I esp. like the can-can dancers!
