Georgie Boy: MOVES in Friday!!

So here's how the story goes...
I 'm home bored on a Friday night looking up cats for adoption, and the first page I stumble upon has this face!

It's a done deal after that. I was in love and obsessed with adopting him. His profile stated

" George is an adorable, mellow, lovable 8 year Persian kitty,

He is one of the most easygoing, unflappable cats I have ever met. He loves to just hang out and be near his person. He is sitting right here next to me as I type this, purring away. He is a happy cat who loves attention but he is never demanding (unless it is dinner time!).

I intercepted George as he was being dumped at a high kill shelter. After his isolation period to make sure he was healthy, he waltzed out of the bathroom and plopped himself down on my bed, acting as if he has always lived here. Some of the other cats were not too happy to see a new kitty here, but George didn't care. they hissed at him and he looked at them quizzically and then continued to groom himself.

He is super affectionate and loves to sleep cuddling with a person--any person, he is outgoing and friendly to all! He is playful, loves toys and loves chasing a laser point.

This guy looks as if he has had a rough life and may have lived outside. Now that he is inside he has NO interest at all in going outside, he loves the comforts and safety of being an indoors kitty."

(I think Annakim sums his description up best..."holy shit!!!!! hes so mofo cute!!!!!! he looks like an old timee actor crossed with like yoda and some maple sugar and cotton candy.

So I put in an application and then was invited to come and meet him on Memorial Day!!
He was a little shy, but even more handsome in person! His body is a lot more fluffy than his photo implies and his body is quite big. His face is to die for.

my new companion arrives tomorrow!

if any of you are needing a new fluffy companion may I suggest these rad kitties who were intercepted on their way to death camp...
